Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of PosturaScreen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PosturaScreen is a software tool that estimates posture metrics from photographs and generates reports. It is intended for screening and education by individuals, and for screening and progress tracking by practitioners.
2. Not medical advice / not a diagnostic device
PosturaScreen is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. Outputs are screening estimates and must be interpreted by a qualified professional. Do not rely on PosturaScreen as a substitute for clinical judgement or professional medical advice.
3. Accounts
A temporary one-off screen does not require registration. If you choose to save a report or use history, client management, comparison, branding, or billing features, you must create or sign in to an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Your responsibilities & client consent
You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individual whose photos you capture or upload, and for using PosturaScreen in compliance with all laws and professional standards that apply to you. You must not upload content you don't have the right to use.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Don't use the service to make medical claims or diagnoses.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.
7. Intellectual property
PosturaScreen and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them except as needed to use the service.
8. Plans & billing
Temporary personal screens and the Free Personal plan are provided at no charge and do not expire as a trial. Free Personal currently includes one saved person and three saved assessments per calendar month. Pro is a self-service monthly subscription for professional workflows. Clinic is contact-led; Clinic scope and pricing are agreed before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, with the current price and applicable tax shown before purchase. Cancellation is managed from your account and takes effect as confirmed in the billing portal. We will never convert a free account into a paid subscription without your explicit agreement.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any clinical decision made using the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified; continued use means acceptance.
